Hello my pretties! I initially had another video planned for today (my Pandora necklace collection) but I got my Trollbeads in the mail so I switched gears real fast! I participated in the Buy 3 Get 1 Free promo and below is what I got!
Now I didn’t spend as much as I usually do for Pandora and that is because all of these charms were purchased online, sight unseen so I had no idea what I was going to get. Also I’m kind of struggling on my next bracelet design which is another reason why I haven’t splurged on Trollbeads lately. It’s also very hard to purchase beads (especially glass ones) when you don’t know what you’re going to get. I’m actually planning a trip to my nearest TB dealer soon, hopefully I’ll be able to go if life doesn’t get in the way. Until then I’ll be saving my pennies and hopefully it will be a huge Trollbeads haul!

Me too! I’m sure by now they must have a current 2017 catalogue right?! LOL. I love Trollbeads as well, it’s too bad they are not as popular as Pandora, I’m not sure why, I think Trollbeads has a better quality than Pandora don’t you think?
Lol I’m probably biased but at this point i do think they are better (or at least not worse for sure haha))). And the whole “big business” thing… I talked to a store owner where i buy trolls here in Toronto area, she said after what Pandora did to small shop-in-shops (they were forced to quit selling Pandora and were not allowed even to send all newly-ordered stuff back to the manufacturer… something like that), so after this more retailers substitute pandora with trolls here. Which is yay 🙂
As for the catalogue, you are right! But they seem to lack catalogues, don’t kniw why. The last big one i have is from 2015 as far as I remember (it doesn’t have a number on it). So i guess 2016 is still good LOL
WOW, well I would do the same thing. I wish more stores around here carried Troll. Although you’re right, it’s a business thing. My nearest dealer stopped carrying troll because troll wanted to force them to buy an insane amount of product as a minimum purchase and I guess the jeweler thought it was too much, or that they wouldn’t be able to sell it all in a timely manner so they dropped troll. It’s a shame really. At least troll should market themselves more, they don’t advertise enough!!!
Agree, they are not really seen to others except for the devoted bracelet enthusiasts.. Sometimes i think it helps them to keep their identity, so to say, ’cause i see what “going big” really made to Pandora. Pleasing fashion world and all.. Other times i wish they stop hiding and bring at least one concept store here for crying out loud ;)) Although the lady i buy from is so generous and their store smells so good (they sell aroma stuff as well), that I’m ok with driving 1,5 hours once in a while 🙂
Earthwork in Brampton, I drive 45 minutes there. I enjoy shop in actual shop to pick what I like, I bought most of my Trollbead from Earthwork. Owner has a VIP card, buy 10 get 1 $36 free bead, not bad. I just find Skyway Jewekry in Oakville carries Trollbead, went there buy 3 get 1. I got some Trollbead from Hong Kong concept store ( 5 stores ), I will go back in August to shop for Trollbead. I like Trollbead more than Pandora a bit, don’t like Pandora put cz then charge more, $80 cz bead not for me. That kind of money I can buy a Trollbead semi precious stone bead.
Yep i go to the same store at Brampton.
Mine is too, if I buy a lot she will usually give me a discount on some beads. I get to go to her store this Sunday, I’m very excited!
