Hello my readers!! Once again who knew that I would be uploading another post so soon after my last one (I’m talking about my Christmas in July post, if you haven’t read it check it out here!) This information comes courtesy of a fellow bead lover on Instagram who prefers to remain anonymous on this platform and I don’t blame her. So here’s the news:
Apparently, this company is not waiting for September to do their usual bracelet event, but they are pushing it up to August! It’s a little weird for them to push it up in my opinion, for years we all know they have these sales and events in March and September so who knows what’s going on with that. The pre-sale for PCC holders will start August 5-7 with the actual sale happening for everyone else August 8-14.
Now here is the meaty part of the news, it looks like the price point will no longer be $100 (or has it been $125 and I just don’t remember since I haven’t really shopped a lot of their events anymore?) and receive a free bracelet or a credit of $65 towards a bracelet. Now it’s spend $135 and get $75 valued bracelet or spend $350 and get a $200 valued bracelet. I guess the same thing applies in regards to whether it’s a bracelet or a credit, for example if the bracelet you’re eyeing costs $300 then you’ll get $200 off and only pay $100 on top of the $350 you’re already spending in order to get the $200 off, makes sense?
I once again don’t know if I will be participating. I don’t think there are any must haves on my wishlist. I do want the enamel octopus and other items, but my focus has shifted towards hunting down older items and frankly I don’t feel like putting money into that either as much. And of course my focus has shifted towards Tiffany too LOL. Can’t forget about Tiffany.
I have no idea if the promo will exclude anything such as Disney or the new Pre- Autumn collection which will be releasing tomorrow. I plan on doing my first impressions video on that new collection, I had a lot of fun making those types of videos back when I commentated on the Summer collection. Hopefully it won’t be too negative LOL!! What do you think about all of this? Do you think it’s weird that they are shifting their promo to August? Do you plan on taking advantage of the promo? Thanks Jahndra for the update! The spend to get the free bracelet is better then I thought it would be. $135 isn’t bad. Since you can choose a $75 bracelet. I’m not sure if I will be participating. I will look and see if there is a bracelet I want. I won’t be spending to get to a higher tier. In the past they allowed you to buy Disney to get a free bracelet. Hopefully they allow us to this year.
Yes hopefully Disney and the new pre autumn collection will be part of the promo. I don’t know yet if I will partake. I feel like I really don’t need another bracelet. maybe they’ll let me get a non charm bracelet? I feel like some stores hae allowed me to do that in the past. I would maybe consider doing the higher tier if they had a two tone bracelet, not sure if they have anymore of those lol.
Hi! I already got my bracelet for my birthday earlier this month the Disney Mickey heart snake chain because my size 17 was unavailable in store and online I got lucky with it one day so I’ll skip the promo. Anyway this collection seems small so it’s Pre -Autumn not full Autumn collection I didn’t know for sure. Winnie the Pooh looks amazing I will get him today.
Yes I’ve seen the winnie the pooh, although it’s shine, it looks really good! SO happy you were able to find your bracelet in the correct size and happy belated birthday! Yes it’s a smattering of charms for sure, hopefully the autumn collection is much better!!!
I will not be participating. The last free bracelet I got the clasp broke and
had it replaced and then the replacement broke. It was not fun having to
return it online since it was a free gift and the shop in shop or whatever they are called said it
could just be stiff. Yeah right.
All the prices went up by at least $10! Some math equation led them to that conclusion that you have
to spend more. I also suspect sales haven’t been so
good that is why they are moving it up, when does the third quarter end? I would rather have a percentage off.
Disney is just getting absolutely ridiculous, if you are a collector they have you and they
know it.
So this was the pre autumn release? Hmm wondered what it was.

Yea i’m on the fence as well whether I will be participating, I feel like I have enough bracelets. That sucks about your broken clasp. I’ve been saying for years now that their quality isn’t what it used, and they keep raising prices. Apparently they did raise prices, especially on Disney not too long ago, it was a very quiet hike LOL.I think some items even went up by $20!!!

Well I caved.
Sending all of it back.
Ordered 1 charm 2 clips got free bracelet.
One of the clips is hard to open and close.
The bracelet clasp is stiff and you have to push it open
with effort.
Now some of you may say they will loosen up with use. That
is what I though one time ago and now I have a bracelet with
a broken clasp.
Oh well. Guess I learned don’t participate in a sale unless you really want
something! 🙂

Thanks so much for the comment! The fruits were cute! So glad you were able to get them! Same here, I always say I’m not participating then I do hahaha! Who knows, I still have time to decide. I’ll have to check my wish list to remind myself of what I still want. As for upcoming videos, I have at least 4 I want to work on but it just seems like there is never enough time to do so, for sure I’ll be making my updated Tiffany collection video soon!
Well, I did take advantage of the promo. I’m bracelet poor. I now have my late mother’s charms. Unfortunately her wrists were much smaller than mine so none of her bracelets fit me. So I actually bought bracelets to get free bracelets. Lol!
I’m sorry about your mother, but it’s nice that you have all of her charms to help remind you of her. I can totally understand the need for more bracelets. I have a couple extras but even then I feel like I can always get a couple more!
I wanted a Pandora Me bracelet in the Pandora Rose so a friend and I went in together and got charms. I am happy with what I got and I love my bracelet!
So glad your love for pandora is still there! The pandora me line is very versatile for sure, I’ve seen some really pretty creations from ppl online! I can’t seem to get very creative with them but I do like the line. I have all three of the link bracelets!
