What I’m Wearing: My Pandora Christmas Bracelet 2017

Today’s post will be focused on what I’m wearing recently and that is of course my Pandora Christmas bracelet. It has become an annual tradition (among many other traditions I have started on this blog), to post how my Christmas bracelet has changed in the last couple of years. I started it back in 2015 and now in 2017 I had thought I had finished my bracelet. I actually did finish it, but like always I started changing things a bit, let me explain why.

First of all, let me show you what my Christmas bracelet looked back in 2015:

I still haven’t found Christmas clips that I like, so in the meantime I like to use my all time favorite clips, the Rock Star clips as stand ins. In 2016, my Christmas bracelet looked like this:

As you can see, I took off the two tone mistletoe and the angel because I re-purposed them, I added the pine cone, the 2015 Black Friday charm, the Holy Family, the Gingerbread man and the 2016 Black Friday charm. My Christmas bracelet did a lot of growing in 2016 LOL. At this point I thought I was pretty done with it, I tweaked it a bit more in 2017, I added the original candy cane, the mittens, the Pandora shopping bag, and because I had removed the Angel of Hope, I replaced it with the Angel of Love. At this point my bracelet was 100% complete until I threw off the symmetry with the Rockettes 2017 charm:

Because I had officially completed my bracelet I realized I had a small problem on my hands. If I kept collecting the Pandora Black Friday charms, eventually I would run out of room, and let me tell you that day has already come LOL. So I started thinking, perhaps I can make a whole bracelet with just the Black Friday charms?

The top row is 99% of the Black Friday charms, while on the bottom are my Christmas charms. In case you were wondering, they are in numerical order starting from the 2012 gift box, followed by the 2013 snowflake, the 2014 ornament, the 2015 snow globe, the 2016 poinsettia and the 2017 Rockettes charm. I am missing the 2011 original Black Friday charm, but I’m ok not having it, I don’t really like it that much, and as for the 2017 dangle stocking, it’s a hard pass for me as I don’t like that it’s not really limited edition, and I’m not going to buy it just to have the FULL collection.

So now my once full Christmas bracelet is now only half way full 🙁

In the meantime I’ll be wearing my Black Friday charms on the open bangle and my regular Christmas charms on my regular bracelet. It’s ok though, I already have some on my wish list and hopefully will be adding to it soon! I’ll probably be posting myself wearing this combo on my Instagram account soon, so check that out when you can! Until next Happy Hunting!!
