What I’m Wearing: Trollbeads Bangle With Birth Flowers

I feel like I haven’t done a” What I’m Wearing” lately and what better time to do it than right now that spring has finally arrived and I’ve finally completed purchasing all of the birth month flowers that represent my family members! I have to say I’m thoroughly enjoying this bracelet project!

A few months back I posted about how I initially wanted to create this bracelet project on a regular Trollbeads foxtail bracelet but did not like how it looked and how I intensely disliked my birth flower month of October. I didn’t think it was fair that all the other flowers were huge in comparison to the small October Calendula so I abandoned the project. That is until I saw this on Pinterest:

I’m glad this picture has the name of the person who created this work of art because I wouldn’t know who else to give credit to, this pin inspired me to follow her example and create my own version of this bangle:

I’m really, really loving how this came out! This is why I love browsing through Pinterest and Instagram, I get inspiration and then create my own version!

Bead Index: October Calendula, December Narcissus, June Rose, March Daffodil, and November Chrysanthemum.

I do have to say I don’t actually have any family member that was born in June, I just added it because I loved the way it looks as a focal point and the rose is one of my favorite flowers, alongside the sunflower and star gazing lily.

Eventually I plan to switch it up by adding the new Troll Anemone Pendant, the Messenger bead, the Lover’s Faith bead, and maybe throw the Rose of June in the mix again. I’ve seen the Troll Anemone Pendant on the bangle and I just love how it looks! So whenever the mood strikes I can go back and forth. For now I will be content wearing this bangle just like this.
